IADI Policy Note – “Effective Reimbursement Systems and Processes”

The Note was prepared by the IADI Research Unit and summarises responses received from IADI Members across 31 jurisdictions to the Survey on Effective Reimbursement Systems and Processes.The paper seeks to identify the gaps between current insured depositor reimbursement practices and the IADI Core Principles for Effective Deposit Insurance Systems (with a focus on CP15: Reimbursing Depositors) and identify current and future challenges faced by deposit insurers.
